Payment Policy

  • Direct Bookings: A 50% deposit secures your reservation, with the balance due two weeks before arrival.

  • Last-Minute Bookings (within 2 weeks of arrival): Full payment is required upfront.

  • Travel Agent Bookings: Payment terms vary—please check your agent’s policy.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change, but due to our small size, cancellations impact us significantly:

  • >30 days before arrival: 13.2% cancellation fee (of deposit).

  • 14–30 days before arrival: 13.2% fee (of total booking).

  • <14 days or peak seasons (<30 days): No refund.

  • If we rebook your dates: You’ll receive a credit (minus the 13.2% fee).
    Agent bookings follow their policies.

Guest Policies

  • After-Hours Check-In: Contact us ahead to arrange late arrival.

  • Occupancy: Rates include children (2–14 yrs). Infants (<2) are free but must be declared. Max occupancy is strict—exceeding it cancels your booking without refund.

  • Noise: Quiet enjoyment for all—no parties or excessive noise.

  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, or excessive mess.

  • Lost Items: We’re not liable for lost/stolen items—please secure your belongings.

Pet Policy

Only registered assistance animals are permitted.

Parking

  • Free on-site undercover parking (max height: 2.2m) or street parking.

By booking, you agree to these terms and authorize charges for accommodation, services, or damages.
